Presenoldeb – Attendance
Pan fydd disgybl yn absennol o’r ysgol, bydd eisiau llythyr (e-bost) neu ganiad ffôn beth bynnag fydd rheswm yr absenoldeb. Rhaid gwneud hynny cyn 9:30 bob bore. Os nad ydym yn derbyn rheswm am yr absenoldeb mewn da bryd bydd yr ysgol yn cysylltu gyda rhiant/warchodwr.
When a pupil is absent from school, a letter (e-mail) or a phone call is required stating the reason for the absence. That must be done before 9:30 each morning. Failure to report an absence will lead to the school contacting a parent/guardian.
Mae’r ysgol yn defnyddio system electronig i gynnal cofrestr presenoldeb disgyblion pob dydd. Mae'r weithdrefn yn galluogi'r Awdurdod Addysg i fonitro patrymau presenoldeb, absenoldeb a thriwantiaeth posibl mewn ysgolion. Mae'r weithdrefn yn datgelu achosion o absenoldeb heb ganiatâd a disgwylir i ni fel ysgol atgyfeirio (y rhai nad ydym yn derbyn rheswm drostynt) i sylw'r Swyddog Addysg a Lles.
The school is using a computerised and electronic system to maintain pupils’ attendance register every day. The procedure enables the Education Authority to monitor patterns of attendance, absence and possible truancy in schools. The procedure reveals cases of absence without permission and we as a school are expected to refer (those for which we do not receive a reason) to the attention of the Education and Welfare Officer.

Apwyntiadau Meddygol / Medical Appointments
Dylid gwneud pob ymdrech i drefnu apwyntiadau tu fas i oriau ysgol. Lle nad yw hyn yn bosib bydd angen hysbysu'r ysgol trwy ebost neu alwad ffon gyda thystiolaeth o'r apwyntiad. Ni chaniateir i unrhyw blentyn adael yr ysgol oni bai ei fod yn cael ei gasglu gan oedolyn cyfrifol.
Eich cyfrifoldeb chi fel rhiant yw hysbysu'r ysgol o bob achos o absenoldeb.
All attempts should be made to organise appointments outside school hours. When this is not possible, you will need to inform the school through an email or a phone call with evidence of the appointment. No child will be allowed to leave school unless collected by a responsible adult.
It is your responsibility as a parent to notify the school of every case of absence.
Gwyliau yn ystod y tymor / Holidays during the term:
Rhaid cwblhau ffurflen briodol er mwyn derbyn caniatâd y pennaeth ar gyfer absenoldeb er ni anogir absenoldeb ar gyfer gwyliau yn ystod y flwyddyn.
An appropriate form must be completed in order to receive the headteacher's permission for absence, although absence for holidays during the year is not encouraged.
